Overview
Service King is a national chain of car collision repair shops. They can fix the full spectrum of collision damage. Their website offers customers online estimates, booking for in-person estimates, tow services, and rental cars. They currently spend many man hours coordinating with customers via phone, chat, and email. They hope to save time and money by making more customer processes self-service.
In this project, I designed a new flow for booking an in-person collision estimate. First, I developed the basic flow and interaction details on paper. Then, I created a clickable version in Axure, and went through several rounds of getting and incorporating feedback from the team leader and client. The end result is a booking flow proposal.
