Overview

Beckman Coulter makes diagnostic lab equipment. They enable hospitals, physicians, and labs to analyze medical samples. They build this equipment to improve healthcare outcomes. Lately, most customer questions focus on increasing efficiency or compliance.

In this project, I designed desktop and mobile website flows to help customers find relevant answers to their questions. Using filters, the flows lead customers to documents on increasing their product’s efficiency or compliance.
